Our Pastor
Leon Luna
Pastor Leon grew up in Fort Lupton Colorado. He got into drugs and gangs at a young age. From then he struggled with a drug addiction and finding his self worth, going in and out of jail throughout his youth and adult years. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison. Then he met his wife, Desiree, who was also struggling because her father was murdered months before they met. Together they made a commitment to live for God. She waited for him when he was in prison. Although it was hard she knew that this is what the Lord had for them. They married as soon as he got out of prison.
Through all their experiences and trials they knew that everything was for God's purpose. First God led them to be Youth leaders, then Youth Pastor's at New Hope Ministries of Denver. They knew they had a calling to Pastor a church. After much praying and fasting they knew God called them to Brighton.
Pastor Leon stands on God's word of healing and restoration. God is greater than any bondage and we are here to pray, disciple, and preach the word of God. Showing them that God can restore our lives through the blood of Jesus.
Matthew 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure that all have and develop a true relations with God, no matter the struggles or circumstances we will be here to support you spiritually in any way we can.
We are a Christ centered Ministry aimed at "Reaching the lost, at any cost." At NHM of Brighton we preach the unadulterated Word of God, we offer a place where you can Pray and Worship God in the freedom of the Holy Spirit. We believe in Relationship with God, not Religion. We welcome you to come and join us for one of Services as we fellowship with the Lord.
